      Hi Patty,

We will be offering bulk upload of the FR900Q, Employer/Payor Withholding Tax – Quarterly Return for the 1st time. We will be offering bulk upload or online data entry (less than 24) for 1099 series. Both W2 and 1099 will be submitted via the new web portal, MyTax.DC.gov. Both W2 and 1099 submissions remain due to the District by January 31. W2 and 1099 will be for the 2016 year, no prior years will be allowed.
